The story of this picture creation is very interesting indeed.
There is one special for me virtual place where I "lived" for some years. A lot of my friends "live" there. There was a young guy, a student of MIPT, who presented this picture to me. We were solving one problem on optics, something about reflections inside mirror-ellipsoid. So that guy made a model to compute these reflections. The result you can see as my userpic.
