So this up-movement takes a three-level structure of all inputs, and produces a three-level structure of all outputs: from a dictionary of these things {name-of-the-built-in transformer {name-of-the-individual-neuron {name-of-the-input-stream some-input}}} it builds a new dictionary of these things {name-of-the-built-in transformer {name-of-the-individual-neuron {name-of-the-output-stream some-output}}}
