Какой у Довлатова получился бы рассказ из этой истории!

And they seem to be legal in Massachusetts, with permit. So... what's my excuse for not getting a pet skunk?

UPDATE: The catch-22 is that it seems to be next to impossible to obtain a permit. Uuuuuu... :-(
