Memories page: a suggestion

It would be nice to have a tool allowing to mark cool postings as one reads them and to aggregate them into something formatted similarly to a Friends page and to make that available on the Web.
One way to accomplish this is to make it possible to format all recent public memories of a user in a fashion similar to a Friends page. Another way would be to introduce a special "highlights" functionality. I made a suggestion to this effect in
suggestions. I also mentioned possible privacy concerns related to the more convenient access to public memories of a user.
So far the replies are only from the English-speaking segment of LJ (it seems that many Russian-speaking users try to use
sup_ru to discuss suggestions lately). So far people seem to like the idea of just making recent memories easily accessible in a format similar to Friends page, and they don't seem to think there is an additional privacy issue here, and they don't seem to think LJ needs a special "highlights" functionality.
